Polyurethane Concrete Lifting in Fort Wayne
Polyurethane lifting uses expanding material placed beneath a slab to fill voids and raise concrete. Whether it is the right method depends on the slab, soil conditions, access, and project goals.
How foam lifting works
Small access holes are created in the slab and lifting material is introduced beneath it in controlled amounts. Expansion can fill space and raise the concrete while the installer monitors elevation.
Polyurethane versus traditional mudjacking
The methods use different materials, hole sizes, equipment, and installation approaches. Neither label alone guarantees the best outcome; compare the provider’s diagnosis, proposed material, warranty, and total price.
Get a method-specific recommendation
A provider should inspect the slab and explain why a particular lifting material is appropriate. Ask about curing or return-to-use time, visible patching, drainage, limitations, and what happens if the slab settles again.
